Volunteers are recruited to work "with" instead of "do for" our participants.

Weekdays: office helpers needed 2 or 3 hour time slot once a week or once every other week.  Convenient location, 1/2 block from Judiciary Square metro stop/elevator.  Sign up for 1, 2 or more months.     
------------------------------------------------ Sunday Mornings, 60-90 minutes: teachers, crafters, helpers needed for Sunday religious education class/Bible class for teens and adults with developmental disabilities.
------------------------------------------------Saturday Evenings: guest musicians and vocalists wanted for single gigs of 10-20 minutes to entertain participants with disabilities with music of your choice after a Sing Praise Service.
------------------------------------------------Saturday Evenings, 60-90 minutes:  greeters, snack-preparers, helpers needed for monthly Sing Praise Service on Saturday evenings.  Also seeking people to join our Praisers' Choir for this monthly service.
------------------------------------------------Saturdays, 90 minutes:  seeking 2 mentors to help keep conversation moving in Self-Advocates’ Meetings. Seeking 2 greeters to welcome guests at the door (good opp’y to read a good book while waiting for guests). ------------------------------------------------------
