Dear Friends and Community Members,
Due to the forecasted thunderstorms in our area, we regret to inform you that the Summer Picnic 2026, originally scheduled for Saturday, August 8th, from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Oxon Run Picnic Shelter, has been postponed for everyone’s safety and comfort.
We know many of you were looking forward to a day filled with fun, games, giveaways, delicious food, and time with friends and family. We share in your disappointment, but your safety is our top priority.
A new date for the picnic will be announced soon, and all previously purchased tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event.
Thank you for your understanding, and we can’t wait to celebrate together under sunnier skies!
